For dedicated-team engagements, you can meet and approve the proposed people before the final team is confirmed. For complete solutions, we introduce the key delivery and technical leads.

Direct access and working demonstrations
You can speak with the people responsible and see real working outputs at an agreed rhythm, not only reports, timesheets or sales presentations.

No silent substitutions
We do not change named people behind the scenes. A necessary change is discussed, agreed and supported by an appropriate transition.

Your technology stays yours
The agreement defines ownership and control of custom code, repositories, data, cloud environments and intellectual property, including any clearly identified pre-existing components.

Continuity is protected
Documentation and knowledge sharing are part of delivery. For dedicated-team engagements, the replacement commitment is a suitable replacement within 30 days without an extra replacement fee, subject to contract and specialist availability.

Ready to transfer
Knowledge should not be trapped with the supplier. Continue with Team7India, scale the team or complete a structured handover to your own organisation.
Closing
These promises must be reflected in the commercial agreement and delivery practice.
If a statement cannot be contractually and operationally honoured, it is revised before it is published.
