How proof works
Assumption → Test → Evidence → Decision.
- 01Assumption
- 02Test
- 03Evidence
- 04Decision
What proof may involve
What proof may involve
- User and stakeholder interviews
- Process and opportunity mapping
- Clickable product prototypes
- AI or technical proof of concept
- Data availability and quality assessment
- Integration investigation
- Security and operational risk review
- Prioritised delivery roadmap and estimate
The output
You receive evidence and a decision route, not only a presentation. Depending on the engagement, the output may include a tested prototype, working technical proof, data findings, architecture direction, prioritised scope and recommendation to proceed, change direction or stop.
A successful proof can say “not yet.”
The purpose is not to justify a predetermined build. If the evidence shows that the idea, data or timing is not ready, saying so can protect a much larger investment.
